Are you a buyer in need of a refund?

As a peer-to-peer marketplace we always recommend you contact your seller first! However under our Buyer Protection Scheme you are guaranteed a full refund if your item doesn’t arrive, if it’s significantly not as described, or if the item was not available at the time of your purchase (i.e. the seller had sold it elsewhere but not updated the listing).

In order to be covered by our Buyer Protection Scheme you must purchase children’s clothing via the dotte marketplace using the ‘buy now’ button and report any issues to us within 90 days.

Is your buyer requesting a return?

As a seller, you can choose whether to accept returns if a buyer changes their mind about a purchase. However, if an item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or if the buyer receives the wrong item, as a seller you will generally need to accept the return. You can get in touch with dotte directly if you have any questions about returns.

Remember, if the item simply does not fit or suit your little one, we have thousands of potential new buyers lined up on dotte!
